Limit 10 calls per month per computer that is signed up for a plan – calls that exceed 40 minutes, may be escalated to our tier 4 engineers. No limit on number of computers in household per plan.
After your payment is complete you will be given access to the ELITE FORCE HELP DESK PORTAL as a subscribed customer. Our Portal contains a ticketing system, Chat client, Community board and self help knowledge base.
Subscribed customers can call our Help Desk, Chat with technicians, and/or create Help Desk Tickets.
If you wish to obtain our Help Desk Services for additional computers, simply adjust the quantity to match the number of computers you wish to have the service for, and you will be charged accordingly.
You will be asked to review and agree to our Terms of Service during the signup process on the next screens.
Some problems cannot be resolved remotely. In these rare cases, you may opt to have our technicians come ‘on-site’ to resolve issues on an hourly basis. However, most problems can be resolved remotely.
